How does the loyalty scheme work?
You create the customer account at the till point or using the online dashboard. Link a loyalty card and add personal information such as date or birth.
The customer can now earn loyalty points with every transaction instore or online, the card can be scanned at the till point or scan the QR code on the customers App. Additional cards can be added to the same account and replacement cards can be issued if lost.
Once the customer has earned enough points you can issue rewards for redemption. Improve engagement by also offering loyalty vouchers at set points throughout the year or for special events.
