I’m currently trading
Installation into businesses which are already open and trading is something we are very experienced in doing.
We are very adept at dealing with this situation, and know how to minimise the impact on your business.
We will always make sure you are able to trade, and keep your customers happy.
If you are swapping systems, this process is pretty painless as we do all the work converting your data for you.
You will just be required to check it over, add any additional fields and setup any required promotions.
For new businesses, the pressure is different.
Usually there is building work or renovation happening, and this inevitably pushes things back many times. This does generally give you more time to work on your data.
What about my staff?
We will train as many members of staff as we can during the installation both on the tills and in the back office.
Whether you want us to train everyone, or just the senior members is up to you.
Some businesses prefer us to just train the senior members, so they can then relay the information with the businesses own procedures in place.
We have manuals which we will provide as a reference once we have left, and we are always at the end of the phone with Support.
