The most impressive feature however is the service from the support team. Problems are solved there and then, even while you have a customer at the till.
It does everything you’d expect a till system to do, and has an impressive set of reports to help you analyse your sales, looking for the good and the bad.
We started from the very ground up, replacing Arkwrights till, and the system was installed and working within 2 days, with zero disruption to our customers.
As an ex IT manager, my favorite feature is the ability to upload products from an Excel spreadsheet (yes, very sad, but when you have to load 450 seed packets, that’s a lot of time and mistakes eliminated)

Adding products and promotions is really easy. Creating shelf edge labels in the shop or barcoded sticky labels for plants was all set up for us and works brilliantly. This basically means products can be zapped in using the barcodes, super quick on a busy day!
The back office allows you to pull reports quickly so can see the performance of our suppliers. Great for when doing preseason orders or deciding if something is working or not. The new online dashboard is great for looking at how well your doing at any time of the day. Their biggest attribute is customer service. They always have somebody at the end of the phone to help whether it’s developing the system further or if there is a technical problem.”
