Jackson’s Nurseries is a traditional, family-run plants nursery based in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, on the edge of the beautiful Staffordshire Moorlands. They have a large growing operation, farm shop, tea room and a prominent online presence.
Problem
Due to the large amount of varieties of plants Jackson’s Nurseries grow and sell, they had issues keeping track of where they were over stocked causing dead money, and where they were understocked leading to lost sales.
Solution
With the EPOS system now inplace and regular stock takes leading to accurate stock levels. Jackson’s can now confidently run stock reports and projections based on previous sales to see where they can either trim or expand their stock levels. These reports can also be automated so you do not have to remember to run them, they just arrived in your inbox.
