    There may be many points of contact before the order is totally satisfied and many staff involved. By logging all contact to or from the customer a clearer picture emerges of where the order is in completion or after sales. all contact with the customer about their order, including telephone calls and emails. This tracking information can then be referred to at a later date, should any queries arise.

  • Repeat Orders

    It looks professional to remind them what they had last time including how they wanted it cut or other specific requests.
